Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support revenue growth in the IT services space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via cold outreach, networking, and research
  • Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and support proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
  • Nurture opportunities by providing value and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 5 – 7 years in sales/business development in preferably IT services.
  • Experience in software development/QA / Business Intelligence/ digital services sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Exposure to international markets like US, UK, APAC, EMEA
