Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support revenue growth in the IT services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via cold outreach, networking, and research
- Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and support proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Nurture opportunities by providing value and consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5 – 7 years in sales/business development in preferably IT services.
- Experience in software development/QA / Business Intelligence/ digital services sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Exposure to international markets like US, UK, APAC, EMEA
