Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business for UV Inks, UV Varnishes and Water-Based Coatings in the assigned territory.
• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities with existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with printers, packaging companies, commercial printers and other relevant customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Coordinate product trials, sampling and validation at customer locations.
• Follow up on trials and convert successful validations into regular business.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Prepare and maintain a regular sales pipeline and market development plan.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
• Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback to management.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team for troubleshooting and customer complaints.
• Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, dispatches and payments.
• Develop new applications and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the product portfolio.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and visit reports.

Skills Rquired

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the printing industry.
• Experience in selling Offset Plates, Printing Blankets, Printing Inks, Chemicals or related consumables will be preferred.
• Good understanding of printing processes and customer requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of developing business independently.
• Candidates with existing relationships with printers and packaging customers will have an added advantage.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
