Job Description
We are looking for sales-driven professionals to handle international banking customers through voice calls, emails and live chat. The role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting relevant banking products/services, handling objections and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and chat interactions with international customers.
- Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, accounts and other financial services, depending on the process.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Generate sales through effective pitching, upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to achieve conversions.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers across all channels.
- Ensure accurate documentation and updating of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet assigned sales, conversion, quality and productivity targets.
- Follow banking, data-security and process-compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience in International BPO / Banking Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Customer Service preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable handling Voice + Email + Chat simultaneously.
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
