Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Bachupally / Dundigal, Hyderabad (On-site)
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for our premium residential villa projects. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The selected candidate will work across our three premium villa projects in Dundigal, comprising over 500+ villas, meeting walk-in clients, conducting project presentations, arranging site visits, following up with prospects, negotiating within company guidelines, and closing sales.
The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, maintaining accurate CRM records, providing market intelligence, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in real estate sales or high-value B2C sales, preferably in residential villa projects.
* Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
* Good understanding of project specifications, pricing, and basic legal/documentation aspects of real estate transactions.
* Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and digital communication tools.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Willingness to work on-site, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry experience will also be considered.
* Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, especially the Dundigal–Bachupally growth corridor, is an added advantage.
