Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field activities.

* Promote and sell Health Insurance products at diagnostic centers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

* Explain policy features, process new policies and renewals, and provide after-sales support.

* Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

* Maintain customer records, update CRM, and prepare sales reports.

* Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of Health Insurance products.

* Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.

* Lead generation, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

* Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

* 1 to 3 years of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI, or Field Sales.

* Experience in insurance sales through hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare channels is an added advantage.

* Possession of a valid BQP License will be an added advantage.
