Senior Business Development / Sales Executive Creative Communications
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
The Visual House is a creative communication agency and production house led by Chief Visionary Officer Ms. Deepmala.
We work with leading organizations such as ITC, UNICEF, WHO, Nestl, Tata Play, and several Government Ministries to design and implement impactful communication campaigns, digital content, public awareness initiatives, and multimedia storytelling projects.
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development / Sales Executive who understands the communication, media, and development sector ecosystem and can help us expand our client partnerships.
Role Overview
The role involves driving new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional engagements for the agency. The candidate will work across inbound and outbound outreach, tenders, partnerships, and client meetings, and support the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporates, development sector organizations, and government clients
Conduct outbound outreach including networking and cold calling
Track and respond to relevant RFPs and tenders
Support preparation of presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
Attend client meetings and represent the agency in business discussions
Build and maintain strong professional networks and relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to develop communication and campaign solutions for clients
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of media, communication campaigns, digital content, or social impact sector is an advantage
Comfortable with client meetings, outreach, and cold calling
