Role Overview Responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from outreach to final negotiations. You will identify high-potential prospects and ensure sales targets are met through proactive engagement and strategic closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct daily targeted cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality, positive prospects.
  • Prospecting: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by assessing client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to on-site viewings.
  • Closing: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to on-site viewings.

Fixed Salary & Structure

  • CTC: INR 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only).
  • Work Week: 5-day work week

Incentives: 

  • Uncapped Incentives: Based on sales performance (INR 35K+ per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L+ for consistent performers).
  • Overachievement Bonus: Earn 40% incentives upon overachieving base targets.

Appraisal & Career Growth

  • Salary Hike & Promotion: Earn a 10% salary hike on target-based auto-appraisals and promotions every 3 months (Average of 1 deal/month).
  • Management Eligibility: Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive phone etiquette.
  • Strong ability to build trust and handle objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving KPIs.

Performance Metrics

  • Outbound call volume and conversion rates.
  • Successful site visit volume.
  • Monthly and quarterly deal closure rates.
