Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in the South Goa district. The Senior Sales Executive will engage with potential clients to drive sales for Soul Travelling's experiential offerings, build and maintain client relationships, and identify business opportunities with corporations and travel partners. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, providing excellent service, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of experiences and ongoing business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and presentations
  • Customer service excellence and a client-focused approach
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or experiential marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales analytics
  • Team player with leadership potential and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for experiential travel, culture, and storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
