Senior Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other duties include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong client relationship management skills with effective negotiation abilities
• Experience in market analysis and ability to develop strategic sales plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
• Prior experience in the natural minerals or related industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
