Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, understand celebration requirements, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English, and a passion for customer interaction and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
- Make outbound follow-up calls to generated leads
- Clearly explain Memoliya's celebration concepts, packages, and offerings
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable celebration setups
- Confidently address objections and close bookings
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams after booking confirmation
- Deliver a premium and warm customer experience at every touchpoint
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Confident in handling sales conversations over calls
- Ability to persuade and close deals
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in B2C sales, telecalling, hospitality, or events is a plus
