Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift Hours)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced and energetic Sales Executives to support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in international voice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound interactions with B2B customers based in the United States through cold calling.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle, from initial pitch to negotiation and closing deals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in US voice process/customer support. (Graduates/Undergraduates also welcome!).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work night shifts.
