Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive / Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
