Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at our Kolshet Road, Thane office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle client interactions and drive business growth. Occasional travel will be required for market visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, distributors, or dealers.
- Pitch products effectively, handle objections, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit logs, and performance trackers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Travel occasionally for dealer visits, exhibitions, or client meetings (not frequent).
Candidate Profile:- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred). MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 47 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or machinery/equipment industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
Compensation:- Incentives: Attractive incentives will be provided upon achieving monthly/quarterly sales targe
- Work Location: On-site at Kolshet Road, Thane
- Travel: Occasional touring required (mostly within Maharashtra or assigned territory)
