This role is suited for a professional who understands the real estate sales lifecycle deeply and is comfortable taking ownership of revenue outcomes.
Role Overview:
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across qualified prospects
- Identify and convert high-potential business opportunities
- Drive site visits, negotiations, and closures in line with annual targets
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with organisational goals
- Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to improve conversion quality
- Maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to repeat and referral business
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
