Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Gondal. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes understanding the needs of potential customers, developing customized proposals, negotiating and closing transactions, and maintaining a strong customer database. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in using sales-related software
- Understanding of market research, sales strategy, and customer relationship management
- Experience in working with clients in the water treatment or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
