Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate shall have experience in Sales of Tools, Dies & Punches in Pharma and Non Pharma Industry.
- He shall handle team of members.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency to achieve targets
- Drive and increase market share of Parle Tooling in the South region
- Support customers with technical inputs to close business
- Provide expert technical knowledge on tooling products
- Handle troubleshooting, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers
- Build and sustain strong relationships across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore
- Maintain and update sales reports, MIS, enquiries, leads, and customer accounts
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales within pharma and food & beverage equipment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
