Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to enterprise prospects (CXOs, HR, L&D, Sales Heads, Business Leaders)
• Introduce NIIT SSE's consultative capability solutions.
• Conduct high-quality discovery conversations (pain, priorities, triggers)
• Qualify prospects based on:
• Business relevance
• Size & scale
• Decision-maker access
• Clearly articulate why a conversation with NIIT SSE is valuable
• Schedule qualified meetings for field sales / solution consultants
• Update CRM
• Maintain accurate records of:
• Call outcomes
• Lead status
• Qualification notes
• Next actions
• Work closely with SSE Sales team-members.
• Participate in Daily/weekly stand-ups

Education Qualification & Certification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.

MBA (Marketing / Sales / HR / Business Management) preferred.
