Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Management: Identify leads, sell travel products (flights, hotels, tours), build client relationships, and resolve issues, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- End-to-End Sales: Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by designing attractive itineraries.
- Closing: Negotiate with clients and handle the final payment process.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Target Driven: Achieve monthly sales goals consistently.
- Train junior sales/support staff on new products and sales techniques.
Who Should Apply
- Experience: Proven sales/travel industry background, with 1 to 3 year pure potential leadership experience.
