Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, managing relationships, and negotiating and closing sales deals. The role involves developing sales strategies, presenting proposals, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's goals. The successful candidate will also oversee client engagement, address inquiries, and represent the firm's values through professional communication and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation
- Presentation and Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals to clients
- Ability to develop and execute targeted Sales Strategies and achieve performance objectives
- Knowledge of Interior Design, Architecture, or related industries is preferred
- Problem-solving and client-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering excellence
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related applications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience of 5+ years in similar sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
