Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Senior Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and promote the agency's media solutions and services. The individual will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts and pricing, achieving revenue targets, and providing ongoing account support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Senior Sales Executive will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and account management, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and conducting persuasive client presentations within media, advertising, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Capability to analyze market trends, client needs, and campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in media or agency sales is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and engaging in regular client-facing activities, including meetings and presentations.
