About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and passionate Sales Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts across HORECA outlets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food & beverage sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients in the HORECA and high end retail sector.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Activations & Sampling: Plan and execute sampling and brand activation strategies across outlets to increase visibility and conversion.
- Deal Negotiation: Lead deal discussions, pricing negotiations, and ensure favorable terms aligned with company goals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B F&B sales, preferably in the HORECA and retail space.
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage client relationships, and work independently.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
