Senior Sales Executive- Jewellery Store

At ORNAZ, we're re-imagining what it means to buy fine jewellery in India. Our boutique isn't just a store it's an experience. We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can combine operational excellence with a warm, customer-first approach to make every visit unforgettable.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily store operations opening, closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience, guiding clients through their journey from walk-in to purchase and beyond.
  • Manage sales targets and report on performance metrics.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver excellence.
  • Coordinate with production & logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries.
  • Handle customer escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
