Senior Sales Executive- Jewellery Store

What You'll Do
- Lead daily store operations opening, closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, guiding clients through their journey from walk-in to purchase and beyond.
- Manage sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver excellence.
- Coordinate with production & logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
