Senior Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Senior Sales Executive will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and design tailored logistics solutions. The individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and analyzing market trends to identify potential sales prospects. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction will also be a key responsibility.

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and expert-level negotiation techniques
• Strategic thinking, relationship-building, and maintaining client engagement
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the logistics industry, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and productivity software
• Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting targets and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant industry certifications or experience is an advantage
