Role Description The Senior Sales Executive (Interiors) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales of interior design services and solutions. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, meeting prospective clients, understanding their design and budget requirements, and presenting tailored interior solutions. The Senior Sales Executive will prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and execution teams, conducting site visits when needed, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports to management. The role also involves contributing to sales strategies, participating in promotional activities, and representing the brand professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in interiors, real estate, architecture, or related design-driven industries.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Ability to understand interior design concepts, project workflows, and budget constraints to communicate solutions clearly to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and digital platforms to manage pipelines and sales documentation.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with performance-based metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client engagements and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset, with an interest in interiors and design trends.
