Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in assigned territory
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
Manage relationships with existing clients and high-value accounts
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
Handle client escalations and maintain satisfaction
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates
Share insights with management to inform sales strategy
Work closely with marketing, operations, and accounts for smooth order execution
Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
Participate in product launches, promotions, and trade shows
Ensure proper order documentation and follow-ups
Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with operations
Support invoicing and collection processes
Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum: 35 years of experience in sales (Bearings Knowledge added as advantage)
Till 5 LPA
Experience in B2B or B2C sales and territory handling
