We're hiring a driven Senior Sales Representative to join our business-development team and help grow client relationships and revenue for a fast-moving PR & communications agency. If you sell ideas, consult to senior stakeholders, and close strategic communications deals we want to talk.Key responsibilities
  • Business development & sales: Identify, target and engage prospective clients across industries; qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Pitching & proposals: Develop tailored proposals and persuasive pitch decks aligned to client goals; coordinate internal resources to build winning scopes.
  • Client engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, brand managers and marketing heads; act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic selling: Sell integrated communication strategies (PR, media, creative solutions), not just one-off services.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and client budgets to feed new offerings and proactive outreach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative and media teams to ensure proposals are feasible and deliverable; relay client feedback to inform product/service development.

Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 510 years of sales / business development experience in PR, media, advertising or related industries.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with PR/communications solutions, media buying basics and agency commercial models.
