Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage a strong pipeline, and drive revenue growth in residential and commercial construction projects. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, collaborating with project and engineering teams to align proposals with technical and budgetary requirements, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Senior Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support continuous improvement in service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales, ideally in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand construction drawings, basic cost estimates, and project timelines, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with frequent client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Willingness to work in Bengaluru South on-site and travel locally for client meetings and project visits as needed.
