Role Description

We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development across Kerala. The role involves identifying and securing new corporate and commercial opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth, with alignment to either our Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration business or our Bus AC & Cold Chain division, depending on your background and strengths.

Your Choice of Vertical

Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration: Targeting corporate accounts, commercial buildings, retail chains, and hospitality clients. You will drive sales of central AC systems, VRF solutions, ducted systems, refrigeration plant and AMC contracts, leveraging our partnerships with LG, Toshiba, Daikin, and Carrier. Past clients include Lulu Hypermarket, Reliance, Devyani Group, HDFC Bank, IndusInd Bank, Wipro, Infosys, and Airtel.

Bus AC & Cold Chain: Targeting fleet operators, state transport corporations, logistics companies, supermarkets, and food & beverage clients. You will drive sales of bus AC systems, reefer refrigeration (zero and sub-zero) and custom PUF-insulated GRP containers. Past clients include KSRTC, ABAD Group, Surya Travels, Camerry, Mercelys, Green Leaf Supermarket, Pappai and Sonata.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets for your vertical.
  • Identifying new market segments, corporate accounts, and rate contract opportunities.
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals in coordination with leadership and project teams.
  • Conducting site visits, solution scoping, and client presentations.
  • Achieving defined revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborating with service and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthening long-term AMC and after-sales relationships with existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate account management.
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes and CRM discipline.
  • Prior experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, refrigeration, bus systems, cold chain or building services, relevant to your target vertical.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel and conduct business across Kerala.
