We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and manage our sales operations across Gujarat.

The ideal candidate will take charge of dealer and distributor networks, as well as our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), ensuring the region meets ambitious sales targets and growth milestones.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth journey of one of India's most exciting travel gear brands.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue and market share.

Dealer & Distributor Management Build, support, and manage relationships with dealers and distributors. Provide training, resolve concerns, and enhance overall channel performance.

Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) Oversight Supervise operations of EBOs, ensuring strong performance, brand-standard compliance, and optimal inventory turnover.

Market Intelligence Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, identify growth opportunities, and stay current with industry trends.

Team Leadership Lead and inspire the regional sales team. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure targets are achieved.

Sales Performance Monitoring Track KPIs, analyze sales trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management with actionable insights.

Budget Control Manage the regional sales budget efficiently, ensuring ROI on spending and alignment with company financial plans.

Customer Relationship Management Strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure swift resolution of escalations and high customer satisfaction.

Training & Development Facilitate regular product and sales training for dealers, distributors, and EBO staff to improve knowledge and effectiveness.

Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with internal policies, brand standards, and statutory regulations across the sales ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in sales management within the luggage or consumer goods industry, particularly handling dealer, distributor, and EBO operations.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Analytical acumen with proficiency in interpreting sales data and trends.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in the luggage industry will be a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
