Senior Sales Executive (GCC)
This role is a strategic hunting + consulting sales position focused on building and scaling Global Capability Center (GCC) business for the organization. The candidate is expected to drive new logo acquisition, large deal closures, and AI-led transformation engagements across global markets.
Core Objective :
- Build and grow GCC business (India + Global markets)
- Acquire new GCC clients (logos) and expand existing accounts
- Drive high-value, multi-year transformation deals (₹20 Cr+)
- Position the company as a strategic GCC + AI transformation partner
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Hunt and close new GCC setup opportunities (Greenfield + BOT models)
- Own end-to-end sales cycle (lead → solution → closure → transition)
- Drive upsell/cross-sell in existing GCC accounts
CXO Engagement
- Build relationships with CIO, CTO, GCC Head, COO, Digital Leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor on GCC strategy, scale-up, and transformation
Consulting-Led Selling
- Sell solution-driven offerings, not just services
- Lead ROI discussions, business case creation, and transformation roadmaps
- Conduct AI/GenAI workshops, maturity assessments, and use-case selling
GCC + AI Transformation Focus
- Drive opportunities in:
- Cloud modernization
- Cybersecurity
- Data, Analytics, AI / GenAI
- Managed services (AIOps, automation)
- Position AI as a core operating layer in GCCs (agentic workflows, automation)
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 10–18 years in IT services / consulting / SI sales
- Strong exposure to GCC / captive center ecosystem
- Proven track record in large deal closures (₹20 Cr+)
Domain Exposure
- BFSI
- Manufacturing / ER&D
- Hi-Tech / SaaS
Must-Have Capabilities
- Consultative / solution-led selling
- Strong CXO connect
- Experience in BOT / GCC setup engagements
- Understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation
- Ability to sell AI/GenAI-led transformation
