Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager – G.S. Marketing

We're looking for an experienced sales professional who can drive revenue, build strategic relationships, and lead from the front.

What You'll Own

  • Drive exhibitor acquisition and revenue growth for assigned exhibitions and industry segments.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation, closure, and repeat business.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, corporates, manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead client engagement before, during, and after exhibitions to ensure successful participation and long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and support sales execution for assigned exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, invoicing, payments, and service delivery.

What Sets You Apart

  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Exhibition Sales, Events or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with business owners, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to guide and motivate small teams while maintaining individual performance.
  • Commercially aware, customer-focused, and execution-oriented.
  • Able to stay composed and solution-focused when deadlines, targets, and live events overlap.

Additional Details

  • Travel required approximately 15 to 20 days per month during exhibitions.
  • Travel, accommodation, and event-related expenses are covered by the company.
