Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales across domestic and international markets in B2B, B2C, HORECA, and Institutional segments
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing domestic and international customers to ensure long-term partnerships
- Handle key strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pitch to new clients through online and offline channels
- Research and evaluate new markets to identify high-potential territories for product expansion
- Develop and implement operational sales plans and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management
- Design and support marketing and branding initiatives for new product launches in coordination with the marketing team
- Ensure alignment with international compliance, documentation, and communication standards
- Implement company pricing policies and define margin targets in consultation with management to ensure profitability
- Coordinate closely with procurement and pack house teams to ensure smooth product movement and timely deliveries
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet market demand and minimize supply disruptions
Required Candidate Profile
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the Food Processing or FMCG industry
- Strong product knowledge of Frozen Foods, Aseptic Products, Fruit Pulps, Powders, and Tetra Pack formats
- Proven experience in handling B2B, B2C, HORECA, and Institutional sales channels
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and market research capabilities
- Experience in inventory planning and coordination with supply chain teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage international clients
