Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Field Sales to drive business growth by acquiring residential societies, gated communities, RWAs, builders, commercial establishments, and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales, stakeholder management, and deal closures, especially with society management committees and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities across residential societies, RWAs, apartment complexes, gated communities, and commercial properties.
Conduct field visits and schedule meetings with Society Presidents, Secretaries, Management Committee Members, Facility Managers, Builders, and other key stakeholders.
Present and promote Eva2z's EV Charging, GPS Tracking, Smart Parking, and SOS Safety solutions.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with operations and implementation teams for smooth deployment of solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or Society Sales.
Proven experience in meeting and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling to RWAs, housing societies, builders, facility management companies, or commercial establishments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, and NCR regions.
