Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Key duties include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining an updated pipeline of potential clients. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and an ability to deliver a superior customer experience are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Communication
  • Negotiation, Problem Solving, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Forecasting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
