Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in South Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong relationships with customers, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, demonstrating jewellery collections, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with BlueStone's standards of excellence. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation skills, particularly in the jewellery domain, to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to deliver a personalized and high-quality shopping experience.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Minimum one year experience required.
