Urgent Hiring: Senior Sales Executive Book Publishing (Remote/Work from Home)
Compensation: INR 14,000/month + Performance Incentives (up to INR 6,000/month)
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive our book publishing sales and manage author relationships. The role involves closing sales, building a strong client pipeline, and ensuring a smooth publishing experience for authors. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Book Publishing Packages to prospective authors
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and close deals
- Guide authors through the publishing process with professionalism
- Maintain client files, agreements, and documentation in MS Word/Excel
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet overall revenue goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Experience in Sales / Customer Support / Telecalling preferred
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Confident in handling client interactions
- Ability to train and onboard clients on services
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
