Urgent Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – Book Publishing (Remote/Work from Home)

Compensation: INR 14,000/month + Performance Incentives (up to INR 6,000/month)

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive our book publishing sales and manage author relationships. The role involves closing sales, building a strong client pipeline, and ensuring a smooth publishing experience for authors. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Book Publishing Packages to prospective authors
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and close deals
• Guide authors through the publishing process with professionalism
• Maintain client files, agreements, and documentation in MS Word/Excel
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet overall revenue goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Experience in Sales / Customer Support / Telecalling preferred
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling client interactions
• Ability to train and onboard clients on services
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
