Role Description
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and client relationships for Ardex Endura's comprehensive range of building material solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for market research and identifying trends to drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management within the construction industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of building materials, including tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing solutions, and other construction products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and trend identification to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work on-site as required.
