About the Role
Altiora is seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in selling website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital services and proven sales performance.;
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through strategic outreach, lead generation, networking, and market expansion.
- Pitch and consult clients on digital solutions from websites and e-commerce builds to app development and performance marketing.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into digital scopes, strategies, and deliverables.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Coordinate closely with internal tech & marketing teams to ensure feasibility, timelines, and pricing accuracy.
- Maintain healthy pipeline & reporting through CRM or structured sales tracking.
- Develop long-term relationships with high-value clients and partnerships.
- Stay updated on digital trends, technologies, and marketing innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in selling digital services (web/app/digital marketing).
- Proven revenue track record and experience closing projects of mid-to-high ticket value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, tech stacks, marketing funnels, and digital channels is a strong plus.
- Existing network or industry connections is an added advantage.
