Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Senior Sales Engineering Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the technical sales process, leading a team of sales engineers, and developing innovative sales strategies. The role requires fostering strong client relationships, providing technical expertise and demonstrations of medical equipment, and conducting training sessions for both clients and team members. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Team Leadership.
  • Technical expertise in medical devices and equipment relevant to critical care, cardiology, or neurology.
  • Strong skills in Relationship Management, Presentation, and Negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Market Analysis, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the medical systems or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
