The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Zendesk sales cycle. Sales Engineers must be both sales-focused and technically savvy. In this role, you will be successful in selling to Enterprise, Commercial, and Midmarket executives, convincing C-level and director-level leaders of the technical merits of our software solutions.
As an execution partner to our India-focused sales teams, you will team up with aligned Account Executives on commercial opportunities in India, and secondarily across Asia. This is your chance to step into an environment where the technology is democratized, but human ingenuity is our true differentiator.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a self-driven, collaborative professional who can manage multiple projects independently, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a solution-scoping ability that can influence product direction when needed. You will take ownership of the prime technical relationships with our prospects to drive customer happiness by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite and virtually.
