Role Description

This role for a Senior Sales Engineer, located on-site in Bengaluru, Peenya. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing Customer Relationship, managing customer service, and driving sales efforts. Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering presentations, preparing detailed proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with the internal teams to develop and optimize solutions tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales, B-B Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, MBA would be preferred
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach
  • Experience in the cooling equipment industry is a plus, like HVAC, Cooling Towers, Chillers
