Job Summary:USAM CADSoft India Pvt Ltd, a leading Epson Accredited Partner for Large Format Printing solutions, is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer with 3 4 years of experience to join our operations in Coimbatore and Tirupur. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Epson Large Format Printers to customers in technical, textile, photo, and industrial segments, while providing technical expertise and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively generate and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions (Coimbatore & Tirupur).
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers by providing regular technical support, product demonstrations, and application solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Epson large format printing solutions (technical, textile, photo, industrial printing).
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and on-site technical consultations to showcase product capabilities.
- Provide after-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Participate in exhibitions, product launches, and industry events to promote the brand and solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:- Education:
- Any degree (Engineering, Science, Commerce, etc.)
- Preferably Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Printing Technology) but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- 3 4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in large format printing, industrial printing, or similar technical product sales.
- Good knowledge of Epson Large Format Printers (technical, textile, photo) is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Coimbatore & Tirupur region.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and technically oriented.
