We're looking for experienced Sales Engineers to join our team at Tejaslite Lighting Solutions, Chennai!

1. Chennai Based - Full time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of lighting solutions (LED, industrial, commercial) to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Provide technical support, product demos, and training as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) for smooth execution
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lighting/electrical industry preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of lighting products/systems
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Local language skills (Tamil, English) a plus for South TN role
