Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad,Rasthan,Delhi,Banglore,Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for partial remote work. In this role, you will manage technical sales interactions, provide technical support to clients, and demonstrate the functionality of products to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering presentations, troubleshooting customer issues, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure the success of customer projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a good understanding of technical sales processes
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist customers in resolving technical challenges
• Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and exceed expectations
• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites as required
• Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field is preferred
