Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Chennai. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by building strong client relationships and identifying customer needs. The role includes providing technical support, creating and presenting proposals, demonstrating product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering, including the ability to understand and explain technical aspects of solar products and solutions.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with strong skills in building client relationships and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to provide Technical Support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients as needed.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy solutions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
