Role Description

The Senior Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving sales and supporting customers in an on-site capacity. This full-time position, based in Chennai, entails engaging with clients to understand their requirements, presenting technical solutions, and coordinating the pre-sales and post-sales process. Daily tasks will include developing strong customer relationships, providing technical support, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Engineering to promote and explain technical solutions to clients
• Technical Support expertise to address product-related issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships
• Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in problem-solving, team collaboration, and working on-site with cross-functional teams
