We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with experience in Water Treatment solutions (WTP/STP) for Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor industries. The candidate should have strong knowledge of water chemistry and industrial water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business opportunities in Chemical, Pharma, and Semiconductor sectors.
  • Promote and sell WTP (Water Treatment Plant) & STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) solutions.
  • Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals & costing.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on inquiries, payments, and project execution status.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Skills/Experience

Education:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA in Sales /Marketing

Experience

  • Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in industrial sales (Water Treatment preferred).

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Water Chemistry and water treatment processes.
  • Experience in WTP/STP sales.
  • Understanding of Chemical, Pharma, or Semiconductor industry requirements.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
