Key Responsibilities:
Qualification - DEEE / B.E.EEE/ECE must
Experience - 5 to 8 years in the electrical manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Handle sales process: Lead generation, customer interactions, proposal preparation, negotiation, objection handling, and order closing.
- Manage customer relationships, including government tenders/projects and domestic Indian clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high responsiveness and effective communication.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, projects , logistics, etc.) for smooth order executing
- Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role
- Strong exposure to government business handling and Indian customer management.
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Confident communicator (verbal and written) with a self-driven and proactive attitude.
- Very responsive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and submission.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of government tender processes is a plus.
